		<description>I totally agree with Gene&#039;s observation on the required social networks. My question is why do &#039;network addicts&#039; seem to think that inviting their complete LinkedIn network (for example) to join them on Plaxo or E-Academy (again for example) will be worth doing? You are in a good network with them, you have access, you have updates, you can network off them - what else do you need?
Is this becoming just a &#039;badge&#039; thing? And how the hell do people have the time to keep more than 5/6 going properly anyway?? Haven&#039;t they got a day job to do?</description>
