You’d never know that hiring has slowed down for the holidays.

One of the things I always do in my daily “recruiter” tasks, is to go through the Sunday Classified section.  My theory is if a company is running ads to hire help, they must be actively hiring…..so therefore, they’re identified as someone I need to contact to offer my service.

Yesterday, the ads were a little thin, but believe it or not, this is actually a great time for the recruiting industry!  Candidates are fed up with seeing the lack of options for their next career move, so they are contacting me.  Clients are eager to find quality help, and they just don’t have the time to deal with all of the tasks involved in the recruiting process.  Better yet!
